Murano Glass Sconce with Brass, 1970s

A single wall light from the 1970s, combining decorative Murano glass with a brass element. The combination of material, form, and warm lighting effect makes the piece a beautiful vintage object for hallways, living areas, bedrooms, or as accent lighting next to a mirror.

Murano glass represents a long tradition of Italian glass design. Even with smaller lamps, the glass shows its special effect — light, surface, and color directly relate to each other. This wall light is understated enough for modern spaces, but at the same time retains the typical character of an original vintage object and therefore pairs very well with mid-century furniture, brass details, and wood surfaces.

The lamp is in very good condition. It requires a light bulb with an E14 socket; LED bulbs can also be used. It can be operated internationally without modification.
