Delivery and returns
We ship all of our objects very securely packaged with DHL. The shipments can always be tracked online with a tracking number. Every shipment is adequately insured by us.
If you need something very quickly, we can also send it express. Here we use DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Of course, every shipment is provided with a tracking number and insured for the full amount of the purchase price. Please ask about the additional costs for express shipping before making your purchase if these are not declared.
If you would like to have the item delivered outside the EU, remember that the item will be cleared through customs in your country. The customary import duties in the country are added to the purchase price.
We prepare everything for a smooth delivery and also prepare any customs documents that may be necessary. The delivery service will invoice you for the applicable customs fees separately, but completely automatically.
Our packaging is designed for the object and is completely safe. We don't skimp on packaging. But of course something can always go wrong. We ask that you check the packaging for external damage upon receipt and, if necessary, open the package in the presence of the supplier. If something is wrong, it must be reported to the supplier immediately and acceptance may be refused.
If you are not satisfied or the item simply does not fit where you imagined it, you can return the item to us within 14 days. Please use the original packaging. Contact us within these 14 days with your order number so that we know.
Send the object back to us. If everything is OK, you will get your money back for your purchase within 3 working days in the same way you paid with us.
Please note that we do not cover the return transport costs.
