Delivery and returns

 

 

We ship all items quickly, securely, and excellently packaged with DHL – of course, with a tracking number and insurance.

Do you need your item particularly quickly? No problem! Upon request, we can ship via express with DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. Just ask us about the additional costs if they are not listed.

For deliveries outside the EU, country-specific import duties may apply. We take care of all customs documents and ensure a smooth process – the shipping service will automatically invoice you for the fees.

Our packaging is sturdy and custom-fit – please check the delivery for damages upon receipt. If something is not right, report it immediately to the delivery person.

Would you like to return the item? No problem! You can return it within 14 days in its original packaging. After inspection, you will receive your money back within three business days. Please note that return shipping costs are to be borne by you.
