Kinkeldey Chandelier Crystal Glass and Chrome, 1970s
Original Kinkeldey chandelier from the 1970s, combining chrome-plated metal with 36 crystal glass elements. The four tiers create a clear, sparkling light effect and give the lamp a representative, yet for its time typically restrained presence.
Kinkeldey was a German manufacturer particularly known for decorative glass and crystal lamps. The chandelier shows the typical effect of many Kinkeldey designs: high-quality, geometric, and strongly characterized by the interplay of glass and light. The chrome-plated metal gives the lamp a cooler, more modern effect than the gilded variants and thus fits particularly well with interiors with clean lines and a reduced color palette.
The lamp can be operated with 110 V to 220 V; no conversion is necessary. Three E14 bulbs and one E27 bulb are required. LED bulbs can be used. With the appropriate technical requirements - such as a built-in dimmer - the lamp is dimmable. Condition: good to very good.
Dimensions: Total height 58 cm, diameter 38 cm.
