This comprehensive reference work is dedicated to furniture and furnishings designed by architects. It contains over 500 pieces by more than 70 internationally recognized architects, providing a unique overview of the connection between architecture and furniture design in the 20th century.

Works by Antonio Gaudí, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Josef Hoffmann, Adolf Loos, Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Walter Gropius, Marcel Breuer, Alvar Aalto, Eileen Gray, Gerrit Rietveld, J. J.
