In the Sommerso technique, a luminous fuchsia-pink core with a violet shimmer is fused deep within thick, clear crystal glass; in the center of the bowl sits a ruffled pink collar around an olive-green dot, and the base displays a fresh yellow-green that creates an attractive contrast to the pink when viewed from the side.
